In a grand ceremony held in Abuja yesterday, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Works and the Senator Representing Imo North Senatorial District, Senator Patrick Ndubueze Chinwuba, was conferred with the prestigious Fellowship Award by the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, NICE.
