PRESIDENTIAL VISIT-THE HOME COMING OF MR PRESIDENT

The Rector of the Institution, Dr AbdulAzeez Abioye Lawal who was ably represented by the Acting Rector, Mr Oluyinka Samuel Sogunro welcomed everyone in Mr President’s entourage to the Campus. said they were delighted to have their own point Man as the President of Engineers in Nigeria.
He said the LASPOTECH is the Polytechnic of Excellence in the State of Excellence.

President of NSE who doubles as the Special Adviser to the Governor of Ondo State on Agriculture said he was overwhelmed to be hosted by his own kinsmen. He said NSE is ready to partner and collaborate with the Institution in so many areas as required.

He used the occasion to appreciate the Polytechnic for its readiness to release their Engineers to attend this year’s NSE Conference, which will take place between November 2-7, 2014 in Abuja. This year will host world Engineers and it is tagged WECSI 2014.
The team later took a short trip round some projects within the Campus.

The epoch event which took place in the Council Board Room had in the entourage of Mr President the National Exco Members and some Branch Chairmen including the Osogbo Branch Newly Elected Chairman, Engr Ibitoye Kilomodemo MNSE. Also in attendance were the Management team of the Polytechnic.

I want to assure you that NSE is moving, let us rally round the Society and get more committed. It is our own. No one will do it for us.
