The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) Lagos Branch as part of its activities of professional development has partnered with StackwisR by Pairview to train Young Engineers.
The working synergy was established in a Training session organized by NSE Lagos branch in collaboration with StackwisR by Pairview and had the topic; “How Tech will impact Engineering in the Future” by Simi Adeboye an Expert Data Scientist with Pairview.
Simi Adeboye stressed that Engineers should learn to adapt to the latest tools available to them and learn how to work around robots and machines advising them.
He also noted that Artificial intelligence and machine learning are the foundation of Advanced Engineering.
Earlier in his Welcome address, the Chairman, NSE Lagos Branch, Engr. Ayotunde Ogunnoiki FNSE, represented by the Vice Chairman, Engr. Dr. Lola Adetona, MNSE appreciated StackwisR by Pairview for their efforts and also spoke about the commitment of the branch to the development of Young Engineers through such training programs. He also encouraged the Young Engineers to participate actively in NSE.
The coordinator, YEFoN – NSE Lagos branch Engr. Oguara, Rankins who gave a brief presentation of NSE, YEFoN & STACKWISR by Pairview described NSE as the umbrella organization for the Engineering profession in Nigeria, Young Engineers Forum of Nigeria (YEFoN) as the Youth arm of NSE and StackwisR by Pairview as an E-learning technology platform, for more info visit: http://www.stackwisr.com
The training session had in attendance students particularly from the university of Lagos, Graduates who took part in the program to hone their skills.
