The Nigerian Society of Engineers, Abuja Branch under the leadership of Engr A. B. Abdulmalik is organising a public Lecture and Induction Ceremony for New Corporate Members of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Abuja Branch.
The Guest Speaker at the event is Engr Margerat Aina Oguntala, a three time Vice President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, NSE. She will be speaking on the Strategy for Successful Engineering Practice in Nigeria. The Event will hold at the Main Auditorium, National Engineering Centre, Central Business District Abuja.
Margaret Aina Oguntala holds a B. ENG from the University of Benin in 1986. She has accumulated over 34 years of postgraduate experience, where she has practiced in fields of Chemical engineering and Management. She has also kept herself abreast of her career by attending many local and international workshops/seminars. Presently, she is the MD/CEO of Bamsat Nigeria Limited as well as Managing Partner of Bamsat Engineering Services Ltd. Both companies are involved in Environmental consultancy, fire/safety and civil/mechanical engineering services respectively. Under her leadership, both companies have grown in leaps and bounds with clients such as NNPC, First Bank Nigeria PLC, Guinness Nigeria PLC, Afe Babalola University and a host of others.
Oguntala is a former Chairman of Nigerian Society of Engineers Ikeja Branch and Vice President of NSE, she has always Served Association of professional Bodies in Nigeia as well as APWEN. For her many contributions, she has received over 50 Awards and Recognition home and abroad.
NSE Abuja Branch is one of the vibrant Branches of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. Known for its many professionally beneficial programmes, it has continued to expand it membership base in the Federal capital Territory. Abuja. The Induction Ceremony organized by NSE for new members offered an opportunity for the newly indicted members to be officially welcomed to the engineering family while also serving as avenue to touch on issues affecting the profession as well as guiding them toward success in their career.
