The Chairman, Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers, Port Harcourt Branch, Engr Oriakhi Francis is inviting stakeholders to their 4th Annual Conference and AGM holding in Port Harcourt.
The event will hold at State Engineering Centre,3 Bernard Carr Street, Behind State Library Road, Port Harcourt Rivers State. on Tuesday 8th October 2019 from 10.00 am.
The Theme of this year edition is: “Durability and Fatigue Assessment of Moisture Damage on Flexible Pavement in the Niger Delta”. The CEO of Gambeta Groupe Ltd, Engr. G. C. Okoroma, will be presenting the Keynote Address at the event which will be chaired by the NSE Port Harcourt chairman, Engr Precious Bob-Manuel. Also expected to speak at the event is Engr. Dr. Igwe Enwuso Aleruchi.
